CDA Coliving
Coliving listings can blur together, same photos, same promises. Use these five filters to cut through the noise and find a place that genuinely fits.
1. Be honest about your lifestyle
Quiet professional? Social student? Night-shift worker? The right house has people in similar life rhythms. Ask the manager about the current residents.
2. Inspect in person
Photos lie. Visit at the time of day you'd actually be home. Check the bathroom you'd share, not just the show-bathroom.
3. Read the house rules
Pets, guests, smoking, quiet hours. Get the rules in writing before you commit. A house with clear rules is generally a happier house.
4. Confirm what's included
"All bills included" should mean exactly that, electricity, gas, water, internet, cleaning of common areas, and ideally consumables like toilet paper.
5. Trust the vibe
If the current housemates are welcoming during your inspection, it's a good sign. If the place feels off, it probably is, keep looking.
