One of the most ethnically diverse neighbourhoods in Sydney is Blacktown. The three most popular birthplaces are China, India, and the Philippines. The greatest metropolitan local government area's population of Aboriginal people is found in the City of Blacktown.
Both locals and tourists like going to Westpoint Shopping Centre in Blacktown. The largest regular cinema screen in Australia is in one of its theatres. One of Sydney's two remaining drive-in theatres is in Blacktown. On the grounds of the Drive-In, the Blacktown Markets are held every Sunday morning. Parklea Markets is another well-known market. In 2013, a Wet 'n' Wild water park debuted. A wonderful place to live!
